What is YOUR Interior Vision?

How is one to communicate their interior vision- this can include but not limited to an artistic vision.  I have found as an artist that there is one reoccurring theme or concept that seems to triculate regardless of what work I am doing and that is the wish, need or desire to communicate emotion and passion- to make someone feel- 


Vogue's latest issue has stated this more eloquently:

Isn't that what art is all about? The power to stand up for one's own vision...Let us STAND UP FOR OUR INDIVIDUAL interior visions as we try to translate them exteriorly.
